Safe Harbor’s mission is to empower survivors of sexual and domestic violence to transform their lives and promote healthy relationships for all. Safe Harbor has 4 core programs: community counseling, court advocacy, emergency shelter and community education. Our court advocacy program provides support to survivors seeking protective orders. Originally started as a safe house, Safe Harbor continues to provide emergency shelter to survivors in imminent danger and provides education to paraprofessionals, organizations and community members on issues of sexual and domestic violence and training on best practices and trauma informed care.
