Richmond’s Early Childhood Development Initiative (ECDI) provides parenting education for Richmond city parents of children birth through five years. The Nurturing Parent Program, a 15 week evidence based series, and two hour workshops are provided at a variety of locations around the city. ECDI also provides home visiting referrals and quality childcare training.
